Lincoln Minster Preparatory School has been ranked in the top 40 preparatory schools nationwide.

The School has risen to rank 37 and has been published amongst the top UK 40 preparatory schools in The Sunday Times Parent Power Guide 2022.

The prestigious Parent Power Guide identifies and ranks the highest achieving schools in the UK, with Lincoln Minster School rated highly in the Preparatory category.

Schools are ranked based on the last set of moderated public examinations results from 2019, 2018 and 2017 to produce a three-year average report.

Earlier in the year, Lincoln Minster Senior School were also celebrating the success of their pupils’ results as 98 per cent of GCSE grades were between 9-4 and 92 per cent of A-Level pupils achieved A*- C grades.

Mark Burton, Lincoln Minster Preparatory Head Teacher, said: "We're delighted to be rated so highly amongst the nation's prep schools.

“Our staff go above and beyond to ensure our pupils receive the highest quality of education and support, as well as access to life-changing learning opportunities."

This latest success comes after recent developments began on the School’s new outdoor learning and play facilities. The new facilities will include spaces for role play, adventurous climbing areas, running water play, and woodland campsite features.

Victoria Whitworth, Preparatory Deputy Head, added: "Our pupils are at the heart of everything we do here at Lincoln Minster School.

“Our small class sizes mean we can give each pupil the attention and support needed to teach and nurture, whilst in this key development stage."

Parents can get in touch with the School to find out more or arrange a bespoke tour of the facilities.
